File transfer through FTP instructions
If you have big file to send to us for printing, the faster way is to send through FTP flatform. Following the steps below:
1. Download and install FileZilla Client
2. Open FileZilla and connect to our server by inputing following information.
+ Host : upload.artclick.vn
+ Username : guest
+ Password : guest
+ Port : 21 >>> Quickconnect
3. In the right side window, create a folder with your name
4. Navigate the files you want to send from the folders in left window and drag it into a folder you just created.
5. Wait till the uploading finish.
6. Call us to inform about your file.
